As a player, Muck played at NCAA Division I Liberty University (Va.) where she started every game of her collegiate career and graduated as the program record holder for starts with 74.

She also finished her career ranked among the top-10 in program history in goals, assists, points, shots, ground balls, draw controls, free-position goals, caused turnovers and games played.

During her career, she was a three-time All-Big South Conference performer as well as being named to the Big South All-Tournament Team, Preseason All-Conference Team and VaSID All-State Rookie of the Year.

Following college, she served as the women's lacrosse director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, coaching multiple national teams, before moving to Kansas City in 2017.

A native of Overland Park, Kansas, she attended Blue Valley Northwest and was a member of the Blue Valley Titans program.
