Five Teams, Two Individuals from GLVC Selected for Women's Golf Regional
The NCAA Women’s Golf Regional Matchups are set and five Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) teams and two individuals will be heading to Kansas City, Mo., from May 2-4 at Shoal Creek Golf Club.
GLVC Tournament Champion Indianapolis is the top GLVC team in the field as they are the No. 2 team in the East Region. Missouri-St. Louis (No. 4), Lindenwood (No. 6), and Lewis (No. 10) make up the other league members in the top 10 this year. McKendree is the No. 11 team in the 15-team field and the final Conference team that will be going to Kansas City.
Frida Hammarlund of William Jewell and Madison DeRousse from Illinois Springfield were two of six individuals to qualify for Regional play.
