Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the Textures Institute of Cosmetology

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the Textures Institute of Cosmetology, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Indiana students paid $14,800 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 9 students received grants or scholarships totaling $25,282 and 9 students took out student loans totaling more than $53,230.

Including all undergraduates (22), 20 students used grants or scholarships totaling $77,139, and 22 students took out $163,827 in federal student loans.
