Applications are now open for the Indiana House Page Program during the 2025 legislative session at the Statehouse in Indianapolis. State Representative Bob Heaton from Terre Haute announced that students aged 13 to 18 have the opportunity to participate.

Heaton stated, "Paging at the House of Representatives is a memorable experience for students to witness the legislative process up close." He added, "It's an exciting opportunity for young Hoosiers to learn about state government and meet with their representative."

The program allows students to assist lawmakers and staff, tour the Indiana Statehouse, and observe legislative sessions. Applications can be submitted through IndianaHouseRepublicans.com/PageProgram. The session begins on January 8 and concludes by April 29.

Students interested in participating can page on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. They will receive an excused absence from school. Large groups are scheduled for Wednesdays only, and arrangements can be made by contacting the page program director at 317-232-9410 or pageprogram@iga.in.gov.

Participants must arrange their own lunch and transportation to and from Indianapolis.
