Applications are now open for the Indiana House Page Program during the 2025 legislative session at the Statehouse in Indianapolis. This opportunity is available to Hoosier students aged 13 to 18, as announced by State Representatives Kendell Culp (R-Rensselaer) and Jack Jordan (R-Bremen).

Culp emphasized the educational value of this program, stating, "From January to April, we will allow students to participate in Indiana's legislative process and learn more about our state's history. I encourage young Hoosiers to take part in this informative program."

The program runs from January 8 until April 29, with applications available at IndianaHouseRepublicans.com/PageProgram. Students can assist lawmakers and staff, tour the Statehouse, and observe legislative sessions.

Jordan highlighted the potential impact on participants: "Students who are interested in learning more about their state government should sign up to participate in the page program. Young Hoosiers who get civically involved through opportunities like this often become future leaders of our great state."

Pages can attend on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays during the session and will receive an excused absence from school. Larger groups are accommodated on Wednesdays only. To arrange group participation, contact the page program director at 317-232-9410 or pageprogram@iga.in.gov.

Participants must arrange their own lunch and transportation to and from Indianapolis.

State Rep. Kendell Culp represents House District 16, covering parts of Jasper, Pulaski, Starke, and White counties.
