IndyFringe seeks Executive Director
IndyFringe is seeking an Executive Director to guide our organization in becoming aMidwestern hub for vibrant performing arts, cultivating creative talent and investing in boldtheatre. Known for its annual three-week IndyFringe Festival, IndyFringe also has robust year-round schedule of performances. IndyFringe operates a presenting theatre, providingperformance space for the many performing groups in the Indianapolis area and from aroundthe country.
To continue to carry out our mission – advancing the performing arts year-round by creatingaccess to a multitude of opportunities for artists, audiences, and our community to thrive –we need a dynamic and passionate leader. The ideal candidate demonstrates 3 core traits: apassion for the arts; empathy and a desire to empower others; the ability to turn vision intoaction.
Founded in 2005, IndyFringe is part of a network of Fringe programs that began in Edinburgh,Scotland in 1947 and has spread across the world.
