City of Rushville recently issued the following announcement.
Place your leaves near the edge of the street in an accessible location.
We'll start on the east side of town and run through the whole town then start over again. You do not need to call when you get them out.
We do not collect leaves in alleys until the end of the season. We do this to avoid multiple trips through the alleys as they are hard to navigate with the vacuum.
