With the upcoming legislative session on the horizon, State Representative J.D. Prescott from Union City is inviting Indiana residents to participate in an online survey. The survey aims to gather feedback on key issues before the 2025 session begins.

Residents interested in participating can visit Prescott's webpage at in.gov/h33 and select the "Take My Survey" option. According to Prescott, "With the 2025 legislative session approaching, Hoosiers deserve legislators that will listen and respond to their concerns. This survey is a great tool for residents to voice their needs as we prepare for session."

To be eligible, participants must reside within Prescott's district and submit their responses by December 31. Constituents unsure of their House district can verify it on the Indiana General Assembly's website by using the "Find Your Legislator" feature.

Additionally, some constituents may have already received a physical copy of Prescott's survey via mail.

The legislative session is set to commence on January 8 and will conclude by April 29. Residents can stay informed about session activities through iga.in.gov, which provides access to proposed legislation details and livestreams of committee hearings and sessions.

For ongoing updates during the legislative period, individuals can subscribe to Prescott's email newsletter at in.gov/h33 or contact his office directly at 317-232-9751.
