State Representative Danny Lopez has recognized Dr. Paul Kaiser, the retiring Superintendent of Westfield Washington Schools, for his extensive service in education. Dr. Kaiser will retire in July after a 44-year career.

"Paul has been a strong leader of our community schools over the last four years," Lopez stated. "With his leadership and dedication to education, he has made a lasting impact on the students, families, and staff. I wish him success in his well-deserved retirement."

Dr. Kaiser's career began as a teacher at Kokomo Haworth High School. He later became an assistant principal at Eastern High School in Greentown and served as principal at Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis. He also held the position of assistant superintendent at Noblesville Schools before becoming superintendent of Monroe-Gregg Schools in Monrovia. Prior to joining Westfield Washington Schools, he was superintendent of Beech Grove Schools for 13 years.

During the 2025 legislative session, Rep. Lopez authored House Resolution 27 related to this recognition.
