Henry County native Ben Scott Loveless is participating in an internship with State Representative Cory Criswell of Middletown, Indiana, during the 2024 legislative session. Loveless, who graduated from New Castle High School, completed his marketing degree at Ball State University in December 2023.

"This internship has provided countless opportunities to build relationships and develop professional skills," Loveless stated. "I'm proud to have the opportunity to serve my fellow Hoosiers at the Statehouse in this way."

In his role as a legislative intern, Loveless engages with constituents through various means of communication and assists in staffing committee hearings and floor proceedings.

"Ben is learning great skills and forming connections that set the stage for a successful career," Criswell remarked. "The hard work he and our interns show daily helps legislators and their communities in so many ways.”

The Indiana House of Representatives offers paid internships annually to college students, law students, graduate students, and recent graduates for the legislative session. For more information about the internship program, visit IndianaHouseRepublicans.com/internship.
