Applications are now open for the Indiana House Page Program for the 2025 legislative session, as announced by State Representative Brad Barrett from Richmond. The program invites students aged 13 to 18 to participate in activities at the Statehouse in Indianapolis.

Rep. Barrett highlighted the benefits of the program, stating, "It's encouraging to see so many young people take an interest in government through this program." He added that serving as a page provides students with firsthand experience of the legislative process affecting all Hoosiers.

Students can apply online at IndianaHouseRepublicans.com/PageProgram. The legislative session begins on January 8 and concludes by April 29. Pages will be able to assist lawmakers and staff, tour the Statehouse, and attend legislative sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Large groups have designated Wednesdays for participation.

Participants will receive an excused absence from school but must arrange their own lunch and transportation to Indianapolis. For group scheduling, contact the page program director at 317-232-9410 or via email at pageprogram@iga.in.gov.
