Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) has announced the 3rd Annual Innovation Fair, an event that merges creativity with science to address real-world issues. The fair is part of IPS's effort to promote the idea that "anyone can be a scientist" and to highlight the importance of representation in STEM fields.

Students have the opportunity to participate individually or in teams of up to four members, working on challenges that require STEM-based solutions. The event aims to foster early interest in STEM education and careers, particularly among groups traditionally underrepresented in these fields.

Local STEM companies will participate in the fair, providing students with insights into various career paths such as software development, engineering, nursing, and forensics. Interested participants are encouraged to register through the provided form.
