National American University-Indianapolis enrolls 299 undergrads

At National American University-Indianapolis, 88 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 88 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Indianapolis enrolled 299 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 81.6 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

86 percent of undergraduates are residents of Indiana.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (54 percent) and Black or African American (37 percent).
