The IPS Office of Racial Equity and Inclusion is inviting parents and guardians to participate in the Virtual Groundwater Approach training. This session will be conducted by the Racial Equity Institute.
The Groundwater training aims to assist participants in understanding that society is racially structured, which leads to racial inequity. The metaphor used in this training is based on three observations.
