Rep. Pierce honors local couple for decades of volunteerism

State Representative Kyle Pierce recently recognized Gary and Toni Morris of Anderson for their long-standing volunteer work in the community. The couple was honored with a proclamation during a presentation at the Park Place Community Center.

Gary and Toni Morris, both retired from Delco Anderson, have been active volunteers at the Park Place Food Pantry and Madison Park Church. Gary has contributed his carpentry skills to Habitat for Humanity, while Toni has organized special events and served with First Choice and Wesleyan Church. They have also provided financial support to various causes in Anderson.

"The Morris' dedication and tireless efforts have made a difference in the lives of so many in Anderson and Madison County," said Pierce. "Their passion to serve our community is truly inspiring."

The proclamation acknowledges volunteers who demonstrate strong service and philanthropy through their contributions to the community.

State Rep. Kyle Pierce represents House District 36, which includes part of Madison County.
