Marion County Sheriff's Office recently issued the following announcement.
Fewer than 1% of Sheriff's Offices in the United States have earned the National Sheriffs' Association Triple Crown Award, recognizing Sheriff's offices that achieve simultaneous accreditation from the Commission on the Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies, the American Correctional Association's Commission on Accreditation for Corrections and the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare.
This achievement wouldn't be possible without Heidi Marshall and her team in our Accreditation Unit. We are incredibly grateful for their hours of hard work and dedication, holding all of us accountable and ensuring all standards are met. We are especially lucky to be led by someone as knowledgeable and committed as Heidi.
