Cost of college went up for all students at Lincoln College of Technology-Indianapolis

Tuition and fees rose 4.5 percent for 2018-19 at Lincoln College of Technology-Indianapolis, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Indiana students paid $31,370 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $1,365 more than the $30,005 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 85 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 366 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.6 million and 423 students took out student loans totaling more than $3.2 million.

Including all undergraduates (961), 777 students used grants or scholarships totaling $3.2 million, and 820 students took out $6.2 million in federal student loans.
