On Wednesday, Feb. 12, former Beech Grove Senior High School standout Malone Moore’s current college team, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, lost 16-11 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Tar Heels this season.

The Chanticleers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4:45 p.m. at St. John Stadium against Marist Red Foxes.
