On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Speedway Senior High School standout Kaiah Fenters’ college team won in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Speedway Senior High School standout Kaiah Fenters’ current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Detroit Mercy Titans.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Titans this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. at PC Softball Complex against Monmouth Hawks.
