Tim Yocum sworn in as state representative for Indiana's House District 42

Tim Yocum of Clinton has been sworn in as the state representative for House District 42. The oath was administered by Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush during a ceremony held on January 16, 2025, at the Statehouse in Indianapolis.

"I'm honored to represent the Hoosiers of House District 42 at the Statehouse," said Yocum. "I look forward to serving our community and sharing our values and priorities as the state representative for our area."

Yocum is employed in operations at Duke Energy and has experience serving as a Vermillion County Commissioner for a decade, including four years as board president. He also chairs the Vermillion County Republican Party.

Yocum resides in Clinton with his wife, Kim, and their daughter, Kylee. Constituents can contact him via phone or through his official website.
