Melissa Proffitt was the youngest and the first female Managing Partner at Ice Miller LLP and currently serves as its Partner-in-Charge of Client Relations. Melissa is very active in the community, chairing the Indy Chamber Board of Directors and serving on 12 other boards, and is politically involved in local and national politics.
