Indianapolis Salt Cave and Halotherapy Center
Turn off your phone, grab a blanket, and relax at the Indianapolis Salt Cave and Halotherapy Center.
Their unique, man-made salt cave is filled with nine tons of imported pink Polish salt. It was built to mimic the micro-climate of an underground salt mine. Just being in this room and breathing in the salty air helps break down mucus build-up and congestion.
They keep the temperature like that of a real salt mine too (between 60-65 degrees) so dress in warm clothes or bring a blanket! They are located at 8899 Kent Ave.
