Town of Speedway recently issued the following announcement.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is planning to open another local store, this one located at 6351 Crawfordsville Road.
A company representative said Freddy’s is currently working through the permitting phase of the project and hasn’t yet announced its official development timeline for the store. Based in Wichita, Kansas, Freddy’s was founded in 2002 and opened its 400th store last year. The chain has 10 locations in Indiana, including one on the far south side of Indianapolis, two in Carmel and one in Franklin.
