Kelly Mitchell's campaign committee refunds $1,500 to Melissa Proffitt

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Kelly Mitchell, Friends of Kelly Mitchell, refunded $1,500 to Melissa Proffitt on April 23, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Friends of Kelly Mitchell refunded $22,600 total since November 1, 2019.
