Congressman Jefferson Shreve has announced that his constituent services team will be available for mobile office hours in Rush and Shelby Counties on Tuesday, November 4. The initiative aims to provide assistance to residents who need help with federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, Internal Revenue Service, and Social Security Administration.

The mobile office hours will take place at two locations. In Rush County, staff will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers on the second floor of Rushville City Hall, located at 330 N. Main Street, Suite 200, Rushville. In Shelby County, the event will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers of Shelbyville City Hall, at 44 West Washington Street in Shelbyville.

Constituents who are unable to attend these events can visit Congressman Shreve’s district office in Greenwood during regular business hours or contact the office by phone for further assistance.

“During these events, constituents can meet directly with members of Rep. Shreve’s staff for help resolving issues with federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Social Security Administration (SSA).”

If residents cannot make it to the mobile office hours, they have the option to reach out to the Greenwood district office Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or call (317) 399-3333 for support.
