State Rep. Lori Goss-Reaves welcomed three students to the Indiana House Page Program during the 2025 legislative session. Allison Hooten and Sara Lootens, both from Marion and attending Marion High School, along with Liv Young from Sweetser who attends Oak Hill High School, participated in this initiative.

The program provides Hoosier students with an opportunity to learn about the legislative process by engaging directly with state leaders. "I cannot say enough about the benefits of the student page program," said Goss-Reaves. "Each student is given the opportunity to meet and get to know lawmakers while experiencing a House session, which is really valuable for students interested in government."

During their participation, Hooten, Young, and Lootens interacted with lawmakers and staff, toured the Statehouse, and joined Goss-Reaves on the House floor to observe legislative proceedings.

Students aged 13 to 18 are encouraged to consider joining as pages in the upcoming 2026 legislative session. For more information, contact Goss-Reaves' Statehouse office at in.gov/31 or 317-232-9509.
