The Indianapolis Public Schools All-City Marching Band is set to commence its 2025 season with a parent meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 3rd. The meeting will take place at Arsenal Tech’s Moon Hall from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Parents of current band members and students interested in joining from all four IPS high schools are encouraged to attend. There is a particular focus on incoming freshmen who wish to participate before beginning their high school journey.

The All-City Marching Band aims to offer students opportunities for musical development, the formation of lasting friendships, and a sense of belonging. For freshmen, participation in the band provides an easier transition into high school by establishing connections early on.

This meeting presents an opportunity for parents and students to learn more about one of IPS's significant student activities.
