On Tuesday, April 29, former Brebeuf Jesuit Prepatory School standout Sam Reed’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Bradley Braves.

The game took place at Dozer Park. This was their first matchup against the Braves this season.

The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 6 p.m. at Bainton Field against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
