On Wednesday, April 16, former Lawrence North High School standout Kate Dowden’s current college team, the Northwestern Wildcats, won 13-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Loyola Ramblers.

The game took place at Sharon J. Drysdale Field. This was their first matchup against the Ramblers this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 3 p.m. at Rutgers Softball Complex against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
