On Monday, April 7, former Lawrence North High School standout Micah Miller’s current college team, the Manchester Spartans, won 13-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Franklin Grizzlies.
The game took place at John P. McDowell Field. This was their third matchup against the Grizzlies this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at K.T. Young Ballpark against Hanover Panthers.
State Rep. Michelle Davis welcomed Cana Guilfoy from Whiteland Community High School as a page during the legislative session. The visit gave Guilfoy a chance to observe state government in action and interact with lawmakers.
