On Friday, May 2, former Scecina Memorial High School standout DJ Mendez’s current college team, the Wabash Little Giants, won 8-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Aurora Spartans.
The game took place at Jim Schmid Field at Stuart Sports Complex. This was their second matchup against the Spartans this season.
