As the 2025 legislative session in Indiana concludes, several pieces of legislation have been passed. Among them is House Enrolled Act 1041, which “ensures that biological men cannot compete in female sports at the post-secondary level in the state of Indiana.” This legislation aligns with federal and state-level executive orders and was previously legislated at the K-12 level in 2022.
