About 73.1 percent of the 394 degrees and certificates handed out by Lincoln College of Technology-Indianapolis in 2017-18 were to students in mechanic and repair technologies/technicians programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency’s National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Indianapolis conferred 186 certificates and 102 associate’s degrees in mechanic and repair technologies/technicians programs.

But the single most popular program was for a certificate in medium/heavy vehicle and truck technology/technician. Data shows the school gave out 96 certificates in medium/heavy vehicle and truck technology/technician, followed by 67 certificates in automobile/automotive mechanics technology/technician and 51 certificates in computer numerically controlled (cnc) machinist technology/cnc machinist.

The college enrolled 961 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
