Former Lawrence North High School standout Brendan Boynton took the field with the Wabash Little Giants on Saturday, March 7, at 3 p.m., as they fell to the Centre Colonels, 12-6, in an NCAA Division III baseball matchup.
The matchup was held at Gary Wright Field at Fishman Park. This marked their second meeting with the Colonels this season. In their earlier contest on Saturday, March 7, the Little Giants were defeated 8-7.
Boynton pitched 1.2 innings, allowing two earned runs, three walks and collecting one strikeout.
The Little Giants will return to Gary Wright Field at Fishman Park to face the Centre Colonels again on Sunday, March 8, at 12 p.m.
