The Family Academy is organizing a Health and Fitness Festival scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025. This event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Northwest Middle School. Attendees can look forward to accessing a variety of health and fitness resources at the gathering. The event also offers exercise sessions lasting between four to twenty minutes each.
Families intending to participate in the exercise sessions are required to sign a waiver upon arrival. Available activities include yoga, sessions with a massage therapist, chiropractor services, and hip-hop fitness.
