The Dayton Flyers, featuring former Perry Meridian High School standout Austin McNabb, captured a 7-4 victory against the Ohio Bobcats in their NCAA Division I baseball contest on Friday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m.

The matchup was held at Bob Wren Stadium and marked the teams’ first meeting this season.

McNabb pitched one inning for the Flyers, allowing one earned run and issuing one walk.

Dayton is set to play again at noon on Saturday, Feb. 28, facing the Bobcats at Bob Wren Stadium.
