The Indianapolis Colts received several honors at the 2026 BART Awards, which took place during the NFL Combine in Indianapolis. Assistant general manager Ed Dodds and director of college scouting Matt Terpening were both recognized in the “Executive” category. The Colts organization was also named as one of the top pro departments in the league, along with the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks.
According to the awards criteria, “Executive” honorees include anyone who holds a director-level position or higher, but exclude general managers.
The BART Awards are unique because they are decided solely by NFL scouts and personnel departments, not by media members or outside observers. These awards are named after Danton Barto, a former Los Angeles Rams scout who died in 2021. Neil Stratton presents the awards annually during NFL Combine week.
