The Indianapolis Colts announced on Mar. 20 that they have re-signed tackle Luke Tenuta.
Tenuta’s return adds depth to the Colts’ offensive line as the team prepares for the upcoming season. The move follows his previous stints with both the practice squad and active roster during the 2025 season, where he appeared in four games.
Standing at 6-foot-8 and weighing 314 pounds, Tenuta was originally drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL Draft after playing college football at Virginia Tech. His professional career has included time with several teams: he played for the Bills in 2022, joined the Colts’ active roster for Weeks 1 through 5 of that same year, spent time with the Green Bay Packers from 2022 to 2023, and was part of the Arizona Cardinals organization in 2024. Over his career so far, Tenuta has appeared in a total of seven NFL games.
The decision to bring back Tenuta reflects ongoing efforts by the Colts to strengthen their lineup ahead of future competitions.
