The Indianapolis Colts have announced their coaching staff for the 2026 NFL season, introducing five new members to the team. The additions include Marion Hobby as defensive line coach and Aditya Krishnan as game management coordinator.
Tyrell Brown joins as a strength and conditioning assistant, bringing nine years of experience from college football programs such as TCU, Middle Tennessee State, Troy, Washburn, and Kansas. Brown also participated in the Dallas Cowboys’ offseason program in 2025 as the Markus Paul Minority Strength and Conditioning Fellow.
Jeremy Bruce will serve as a defensive quality control coach after eight years coaching at various colleges. Most recently hired by UNLV as an outside linebackers coach, Bruce has held positions at Kentucky, SMU, Oregon State, Fresno State, Wyoming, and Whittier. He contributed to Oregon State’s victory over Florida in the 2022 Las Vegas Bowl and helped improve SMU’s defense in 2023. While at SMU, Bruce mentored Elijah Chatman and Elijah Roberts, who later joined NFL teams.
Dillon Doyle enters his second year in the NFL with the Colts after interning with the Buffalo Bills last season. Previously an offensive assistant at Central Michigan in early 2025, Doyle played linebacker at Iowa and Baylor during his collegiate career.
Marion Hobby brings three decades of coaching experience to his new role with the Colts. Hobby was recently hired by Arkansas as defensive line coach after working as a defensive analyst for Tennessee in 2025. His NFL experience includes stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins, Cincinnati Bengals, and New Orleans Saints. While with the Bengals under current Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, Hobby played a significant part in developing edge rusher Trey Hendrickson and contributing to two AFC Division titles and a Super Bowl appearance.
Aditya Krishnan takes on responsibilities as game management coordinator following previous roles with the Los Angeles Chargers and Cleveland Browns focusing on football research. Krishnan is currently pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School.
Additional staff changes include Mikey Blazejowski becoming performance science analyst after several seasons serving in related roles with the Colts; Kalon Humphries advancing to assistant defensive line coach; Diego Ortiz moving into offensive quality control; and Brent Stockstill transitioning to offensive quality control after working defensively for two seasons.
Isabel Diaz will return for her fourth year as Harriet P. Irsay Fellow. The organization plans to announce additional fellows for both Harriet P. Irsay and Tony Dungy programs at a later date.
