State Rep. Chris Judy (R-Fort Wayne) has been appointed to serve on the Indiana Veterans’ Affairs Commission and the Interim Study Committee on Pension Management Oversight. These interim committees convene during the summer and fall to review policy issues and collaborate on solutions. They gather testimony from the public, experts, and stakeholders to develop bill recommendations for the legislative session starting in January.

“Whether it’s access to quality health care, job opportunities or housing, I’m committed to finding solutions that make Indiana stronger and ensure our veterans receive the support they’ve earned,” said Judy. “I look forward to the summer committees and being a strong voice for Indiana’s veterans and military families.”

Details about the 2025 legislative interim study committee assignments can be accessed online, along with legislative appointments for each committee. The Indiana General Assembly’s website provides information on committee hearings and agendas.
